With over twenty years of experience working with public and private companies in several countries and multiple industries, Michele Oca is an accomplished designer whose versatile abilities span effortlessly from tiny projects to multi-national enterprises.

As a branding expert Michele can easily connect with both large corporations executives as well as small business owners to translate their business design needs into reality, to put on paper all that they know they want but don’t know how to achieve. His approach is always result-oriented: the goal is to help customers to improve their market penetration, increase sales, see their business grow. From branding creation to product/project design, Michele has worked with hundreds of businesses, helping each of them reach their branding goals, bringing added value to their image and changing the perception of the market towards them and their products.

Since his first steps into the design world in Italy, throughout his eclectic career worldwide, Michele has acquired the ability to look at things from a different perspective and offer creative and effective answers to a variety of design needs. With a uniquely qualified international design background, he can translate retail, hotel and entertainment facility needs into universal design solutions. Whether he’s working at restyling a hotel in Italy, designing a new line of footwear in China, envisioning a “home” bowling alley for the White House, adding new features to a custom-built theme park attraction in the USA or giving the finishing touch to waterworks elements in Russia, Michele’s approach is always open, original and definitely different.

Gary Smith is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Gary recently retired from Brunswick Bowling Products, where he most recently served as Vice President of International Sales. Gary worked for Brunswick for over 27 years in many roles in service, marketing and sales. Gary also worked for Qubica, and then QubicaAMF, as Director of Marketing from 2003-2005.

Gary has worked to help over 1,000 bowling and entertainment center owners and new investors achieve success with their projects. He has extensive experience on a global scale, having worked on projects in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia and the United States. His marketing and operational experience, combined with his extensive knowledge of the bowling and FEC industries and trends, along with a passion to help people succeed, are just some of the things which provide high value to clients and associates.
